This web page shows a map of where you are located, you can write your own text and link images to the main page, and you can group and list all your services and provide your clients with a easy way to schedule their appointments. If you have a web page, you can link to this web page for your clients to make a booking. If you have your own domain name, you can change the name from YOURNAME.DoReserve.com to YOURNAME.com.

Select your own template and upload your header/logo

Inside the DoReserve system you can choose between several templates and colors. If you do not have a header for your template, your company name will be displayed but if you have a header you can upload it and personalize the web page to your look and feel.

Iframe for your own existing homepage

Many companies do not want their clients to leave their existing web page. For those users we offer our Iframe solution. You just copy a code, available in our system and paste it directly into your webpage. This way, your clients stay on your page and do their bookings online, like this is your private online scheduling system.

Online booking widget for your own existing home page

You can also choose to use a widget solution for the online scheduling system, in which case you just put small code on the header or bottom of your HTML code. In this case when a user presses a booking button an overlay appears on the same page, displaying the booking module. The user sees your own page in the background and the feel for the user is that he is only browsing your web page.

Group your services in relevant groups

Users often run into trouble with other online appointment systems, when their service lists are very long. The Doreserve online booking system has solved this brilliantly, by allowing you to group your services together. This way your clients can select the relevant group, and look at only services in that list. If you have few services, then you can of course just skip using the service grouping feature.

You can create as many statuses as you like and define them with different colors to easily see statuses of clients. A popular setup is to have the following statuses: Order created, Client Arrived, Client being served, Client has paid and left. This way you can guarantee that clients do not get forgotten if many clients are waiting, as you easily see those who have arrived.

Send special offers by SMS or email to selected clients

One of the great features of the DoReserve scheduling system is that you can send a selected group of clients a special offer. You can for example send a special offer to only those clients that have not been served for more than 3 months and are buying a service that normally should be provided every 2 months. You can send this message as an email or even better for a fast reaction, send it as SMS. Limit before order time and maximum order time

In many cases companies do not want orders to be made before a certain time and not after a certain time. The DoReserve online appointment software allows you to define the time which users have to book before. This is for example useful in the case of someone only providing services on Thursdays, and Fridays, but in case that no one has scheduled an interview before Wednesday, he rather needs to schedule this time for something else. So after Wednesdays, clients can only book next Thursday and Friday. It may also be good not to allow bookings long into the future, so this can be limited to 6 months for example.

Allow clients to pay when they book the appointment

The DoReserve scheduler allows you to put prices on your services so that your clients can pay at the time of booking. You can control whether payment is obligatory at ordering time or not.

Cost module keeps track of all cost for each client

In case of bigger companies, there is a cost module that allows service provider to log costs to a service provided to clients. This is will be available for the cashier to see when the client comes to pay for the service in a different place.

Different work schedules for each staff member

In most circumstances, not all employees work on the same schedule as the company. In the DoReserve reservation system the employees can all have different work schedules, within the opening hours of the company. The general rule is though that the employee schedule is the same as that of the company.

Users can log in and see all past appointments and upcoming appointments

When the user logs into the DoReserve scheduling system, he can see a log file with all his past appointments and all upcoming appointments. He can also cancel appointments that are due, in which case a message is sent to service provider. The cancellations of appointments should be within the cancellation policy of the company.
